Contest rules / Promotion terms and conditions

1. Participation in the Pastoe contest is free of charge and non-binding.
2. Participants may enter no more than once.
3. By submitting an entry to the contest, the participant agrees to the promotion terms and conditions and contest rules.
4. All entries will be judged by an expert Pastoe jury. The members include: Mr. Remco van der Voort, Director of Pastoe, Mr. Harm Scheltens, Chairman of Utrecht Manifest, Ms. Danielle Pieket-Weeserik Manager of the Dutch Design Center.
5. Photos should not exceed 2 MB. Entries must be in a .JPG file format for photos. Other file formats will unfortunately not be accepted.
6. Entrants will not be able to change or remove their uploaded photo once placed on the website.
7. Should the submitted file not be able to be opened, it will not be entered into the contest.
8. The contest on www.pastoe.com runs from April through September 2008. Entries received after this period will not be eligible.
9. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash or applied as discounts.
10. People involved in the development and organization of the Pastoe contest are not eligible for participation.
11. Three prize winners will be selected from the entries submitted.
12. Winners will be announced in October and will receive written notification at their home address.
13. Prize winners will be informed through the email address listed on their entry form.
14. Prizes will only be awarded to those participants who have submitted complete and correct personal information on the entry form.
15. Winners will receive their prizes directly sent to their home address.
16. The prize winner authorizes Pastoe to use his/her name and photograph in promotional activities.
17. Pastoe may remove photos placed on the website at any time and without giving any reason for doing so. Should a photo be removed, its entry in the contest will be revoked and all rights therewith.
18. Pastoe is responsible for the promotion terms and conditions. It retains the right to terminate the contest or to change the rules, prizes, term and conditions as it deems fit. Any changes will be posted on www.pastoe.com. The explanation given and applicability of these promotion terms and conditions and contest rules by Pastoe is legally binding to all concerned parties.
19. Pastoe may change the promotion terms and condition if necessary. It will then post a revised version of the promotion terms and conditions on www.pastoe.com
20. Participants should check the website regularly for any changes in the contest rules.
21. In all situations not covered by the terms and conditions for the Pastoe contest, as well as in the event of any disputes, Pastoe will judge the validity of the claim. These decisions are final and may not be repealed or amended. Dutch law applies in all such situations.
